30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee for First-Time Customers

Trying ANAAKA for the first time?

We understand that every person's skin is unique. If you've purchased ANAAKA for the first time and your skin does not respond well to the product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Our Customer Care team will review your case and work with you to find the best solution, which may include product guidance, an exchange, store credit, or a refund where appropriate.

Our goal is simple—we want you to have a positive experience with ANAAKA.


Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind after receiving your order, you may return any unopened, unused, and sealed product within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unopened and unused.

  • All original packaging, shrink wrap, and tamper-evident seals must remain intact.

  • The product must be in resalable condition.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.


How to Request a Return

To start a return, simply contact our Customer Care team through one of the following channels:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Your name

  • The reason for your return

  • Photos if the item is damaged or there is a product issue

Once your request has been approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorisation (RA) number together with return instructions.

Please do not send products back without first contacting us.


Return Shipping

If the return is due to:

  • a damaged product

  • an incorrect item

  • a product quality issue

  • an approved first-time satisfaction claim

ANAAKA will arrange or reimburse the return shipping cost.

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless otherwise advised by our Customer Care team.

Please package your return securely to prevent damage during transit.


Refund Processing

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days after the returned item reaches our warehouse.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional business days for the refund to appear in your account.


Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong product, we sincerely apologise.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

To help us resolve your case quickly, please provide:

  • Photos of the damaged product

  • Photos of the outer shipping box (if applicable)

  • Your order number

Our team will review your claim and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.


Skin Reactions

Although ANAAKA products are formulated with carefully selected premium ingredients, every individual's skin is different.

If you experience a skin reaction, please stop using the product and contact our Customer Care team.

To help us assess your case as quickly as possible, please include:

  • Clear photographs of the affected area

  • Photographs of the product and batch number

  • Any relevant medical documentation, if available

Providing this information helps us investigate your claim promptly and recommend the most appropriate solution.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products (except approved first-time satisfaction or product quality claims)

  • Products damaged through misuse

  • Products returned without prior authorisation

  • Free gifts or promotional items
