Shipping Policy

At ANAAKA Malaysia, we believe premium skincare should come with a premium delivery experience. That's why we offer FREE shipping on every order, with no minimum purchase required.


Free Nationwide Delivery

We provide FREE standard shipping throughout Malaysia on all orders.

There are no hidden delivery charges at checkout.


Our Delivery Partner

All orders are shipped through our trusted logistics partner, Flybear, to ensure your products arrive safely and efficiently.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or Malaysian public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email together with your tracking information.


Estimated Delivery Times

After dispatch, estimated delivery times are:

  • Peninsular Malaysia: 1–3 business days

  • Sabah & Sarawak: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak shopping periods, promotional campaigns, public holidays, or due to circumstances beyond our control.


Tracking Your Order

Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.

If you need assistance tracking your shipment, our Customer Care team is always happy to help.


Delivery Address

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate before completing your order.

ANAAKA cannot be responsible for delays or additional delivery charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information.


Missed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our delivery partner may contact you to arrange another delivery or collection, depending on your location.

If a parcel is returned to us because it could not be delivered, our Customer Care team will contact you to arrange re-delivery.


Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or you receive the wrong item, please contact our Customer Care team within 7 days of receiving your order.

To help us resolve your case as quickly as possible, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the parcel and product (if damaged)

  • A brief description of the issue

We will investigate the matter promptly and arrange a replacement or other suitable resolution where appropriate.
